Inventory by Program & Daypart
CSV format, calculations, and shared data
Required CSV columns: service,program,date,daypart,capacity,sold,reserved,notes. Optional column: platform (Linear, FAST, AVOD, CTV/OTT, Live Sports). When omitted, platform defaults to Linear.
Use YYYY-MM-DD dates. CSV capacity, sold, and reserved values must be whole seconds; the entry form accepts minutes:seconds. Capacity must be greater than zero. Imports append new records after confirmation; importing the same file twice duplicates its rows. Exports contain the rows in the current view and retain time values in seconds.
Reserved inventory is held but not yet sold. Available capacity subtracts both sold and reserved time. Negative availability is retained as an oversold exception, not treated as zero. Available totals are net values; review individual exceptions even when the total is positive.
Rate Card Manager uses the same inventory records in this browser. An open dialog must be closed and reloaded if another tab changes the records. No schedules, orders, or transmission logs are changed by this tool.
